About TRIFIC I-REIT
TRIFIC Green USD I-REIT is a US dollar green income real estate investment trust promoted by Centum Investment through the Two Rivers International Finance and Innovation Centre (TRIFIC), a special economic zone in Runda, Nairobi. Its seed asset is the green-certified TRIFIC North Tower offices, with proceeds also funding a second tower. It listed on the NSE on 29 June 2026 as Kenya's first dollar green I-REIT.
