About Jubilee

Jubilee Holdings is an insurance and financial services holding company founded in Mombasa in 1937 and headquartered in Nairobi. It runs life, health and general insurance businesses in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania and Burundi; Allianz took majority stakes in its general insurance units in 2021. The Aga Khan Fund for Economic Development is the largest shareholder. It listed on the NSE in 1984.
