About HF Group
HF Group is a Nairobi financial services holding company whose main subsidiary, HFC Ltd, is a commercial bank and mortgage lender. It was founded in 1965 as Housing Finance Company of Kenya to promote home ownership and listed on the NSE in 1992. It became a non-operating holding company renamed HF Group in 2015, with HFC, HF Development and Investment and an insurance agency. Britam is the largest shareholder.
