About Family Bank
Family Bank is a Kenyan commercial bank headquartered in Nairobi. It was founded in 1984 as Family Finance Building Society by Titus Muya and converted to a bank in 2007, serving retail and SME customers through its branch network and the PesaPap app. Its shares were listed on the NSE by introduction on 23 June 2026 at a reference price of KES 18, following a private placement in 2025.
