About BOC Kenya
BOC Kenya supplies industrial, medical and special gases and welding products in East Africa. It was established in Mombasa in 1940, began operating in Nairobi in 1947 and later expanded across East Africa. It listed on the Nairobi bourse in 1969 and is a subsidiary of the gases group Linde plc. It has been the subject of a takeover offer by Carbacid Investments and Aksaya Investment Holdings.
