About BK Group
BK Group is the holding company of Bank of Kigali, Rwanda's largest bank by assets, offering retail and corporate banking and insurance. The bank was incorporated in 1966 as a joint venture between the Government of Rwanda and Banque Belgolaise. It listed on the Rwanda Stock Exchange in 2011 and cross-listed on the NSE on 30 November 2018. The Rwanda Social Security Board is among its largest shareholders.
